Bianca Belair addresses her honest feelings following WWE Draft
Former Women's Champion Bianca Belair recently commented on being the number-one pick in the WWE Draft.
On the latest episode of Friday Night SmackDown, Teddy Long, JBL, Bubba Rey Dudley, and other legends appeared to reveal the draft picks. Triple H and Cody Rhodes announced the first round, where The EST was the first pick overall for the blue brand, followed by Jey Uso, Seth Rollins, and Carmelo Hayes who were drafted to RAW and SmackDown, respectively.
During a SmackDown exclusive interview, The EST shared her opinion on being the number one pick for the blue brand. She stated that Friday nights feel like home to her and that she has a lot of history related to this brand.
"It feels amazing. I always felt like SmackDown was a home to me. The very first place where I won my very first title, a lot of history here. But you heard it, Bianca Belair, number one draft pick, one of one, number one, the only one, Bianca Belair." [H/T- Fightful]
Tiffany Stratton had previously sent out a warning to Bianca Belair
WWE Superstar Tiffany Stratton had previously opened up regarding her opinion on Bianca Belair and facing her soon.
Speaking in an interview with TV Insider, Stratton compared herself to The EST of WWE as she stated that she has a lot of similarities with Belair in terms of background and style.
The Buff Barbie further added that she would like to go against WWE Superstars such as Asuka, Charlotte Flair, and IYO SKY in the future.
"I feel like Bianca [Belair] and I have similar backgrounds, similar styles. She calls herself The EST. She may have been The EST with her other opponents, but she has never faced anyone like Tiffany Stratton. So, she isn’t going to be The EST anymore. I think there are so many amazing matches lined up for me. Me against Asuka. Me against Charlotte. Me against IYO SKY. I’m so excited for the future," she said.
It would be interesting to see what plans WWE has going forward for Stratton and Belair on the Friday Nights.
