Fans on social media have lauded Ethan Nwaneri after Arsenal defeated Nottingham Forest 3-0 at the Emirates on Saturday, November 23. The youngster was brilliant in the game and he scored his first Premier League goal of the season.
In the first half, Bukayo Saka opened the scoring in the 15th minute after receiving a brilliant pass from Martin Odegaard. Despite the Gunners' quest to double their lead, the first half ended 1-0. In the second half, Thomas Partey doubled their lead in the 52nd minute. The 2-0 scoreline gave Arsenal stability as they pushed for a third.
In the 86th minute, Nwaneri made it 3-0 following a decent assist from Raheem Sterling. In the aftermath of the Gunners' victory, several fans on X were impressed with Nwaneri's performance in particular. Reacting to the result, one fan wrote:
