Al-Nassr fans on X have criticized Cristiano Ronaldo's teammate Ali Lajami after he had a poor defensive outing during their shock 2-1 loss against Al-Qadasiya. The two sides faced off against each other in the Saudi Pro League at Al-Awwal Park on Friday, November 22.
Cristiano Ronaldo gave the hosts the lead in the 32nd minute with a good finish. However, their lead didn't last long, with Julian Quinones finding the bottom-left corner five minutes later. Al-Qadasiya launched a brilliant counter-attack in the 50th minute which was well finished by Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's header to give the visitors the win.
Ali Lajami was entrusted to start at centre-back for Al-Nassr due to Aymeric Laporte's absence. The 28-year-old won seven duels and made six recoveries. However, he was caught ball-watching during Aubameyang's goal, which proved costly for his side.
One fan posted:
"Just look at lajami he is one of the biggest reason of our failure since last season."

"Ali Lajami should be launched out of the club as fast as possible"
