Cristiano Ronaldo's oldest child Cristiano Jr showed that he has his father's athletic genes as he recently scored a fine header for Al-Nassr's youth team. The 14-year-old is training with the Saudi side's youth, having joined them back in 2023.

Cristiano Sr left Manchester United to join Al-Nassr in January 2023 and immediately moved to Saudi Arabia with his partner Georgina Rodriguez and their children. His oldest son, Cristiano Jr, likewise, left the Manchester United academy to join the academy of his father's new club.

The teenager was wearing his father's famed number seven shirt when he scored for the Al-Nassr U-17 side in an eerily similar fashion to his father. He rose higher than the opposing goalkeeper, to plant home a header following a corner kick for his team, drawing comparisons to his father with the goal.

The older Cristiano Ronaldo was also on target for the first team of Al-Nassr on Friday, scoring their only goal as they suffered a 2-1 defeat at home to Al-Qadsiah. The Knights of Najd lost for only the first time in the Saudi Pro League in the game at Al-Awwal Park.

Ronaldo Sr has scored seven goals in the Saudi Pro League this season and his son appears to be following his footsteps in front of goal. The Portuguese great, who turns 40 in February, has now scored 911 goals in his professional career.

Cristiano Ronaldo speaks on possibility of playing with his son

Al-Nassr superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has addressed the possibility of a future in which he plays alongside his oldest son Cristiano Jr. The five-time Ballon d'Or winner hinted at the possibility as he hosted YouTuber MrBeast on his YouTube channel.

Ronaldo wanted to 'break the internet' when he invited MrBeast, whose real name is James Donaldson, to his UR Cristiano channel. There, MrBeast asked him about the possibility of emulating NBA legend LeBron James in playing professionally with his son Cristiano Jr.

The 39-year-old was cautiously optimistic in his response, implying that time would determine the possibility. He said:

"Maybe, we'll see. He is fourteen now. We'll see how my legs are."

Los Angeles Lakers star and the NBA's all-time record scorer James was joined by his oldest son LeBron 'Bronny' James Jr in the Lakers on the NBA's season opener back in October.

The 20-year-old has been transferred to continue his development in the South Bay Lakers, their G-League affiliate team, and may play alongside his father in the future.
