Jamie Vardy has always been famous for his unique diet and on-field actions. In 2016, he once shed light on his post-match diet. During an interview with Sun Sport, the English attacker said that he drinks a can of Red Bull as soon as he wakes up on a matchday.

Vardy also revealed that he skips breakfast and eats a cheese and ham omelette along with baked beans at 11:30 Am. He completes the meal with another Red Bull. Jamie Vardy said in the interview:

"With a traditional 3pm Saturday kick-off, I'll have to can of Red Bull as soon as I wake up, which is gone in 30 seconds. I don't have breakfast and won't eat anything until I have a cheese-and-ham omelette with baked beans at 11:30am. I wash that down with another Red Bull, which I also neck quickly."

On the pitch, however, Jamie Vardy has been crucial to the Foxes' success. He joined Leicester in July 2012 from Fleetwood. Since then, he's made 474 appearances for the side, bagging 194 goals and 67 assists across competitions. This season, Vardy has scored four and assisted one goal in 10 games across all competitions.

Leicester City star to miss the whole season due to ACL injury

Leicester City's Abdul Fatawu is set to miss the rest of the 2024-25 season as he suffered an ACL injury during the November international break. The 20-year-old sustained the season-ending injury during Ghana's 1-1 draw against Angola on Saturday, November 16.

The Ghanaian attacker joined the former Premier League champions from Portuguese giants Sporting CP in July 2024. Since then, he has played all 11 Premier League games for Leicester City, recording two assists. However, due to the ACL injury, he will miss the remaining part of the season.

Leicester City manager Steve Cooper confirmed via the club's official website. He wrote:

"He's a young player, and having an ACL injury can be quite uncommon; it's a part of football, but it's still a serious injury. For it to happen at a young age for him and a blow for us."

However, amid Abdul Fatawu's absence, the likes of Jordan Ayew, Bobby De Cordova-Ried, and Patson Daka have returned to the team training.
