In the same interview, Selena Gomez credited her Disney days for shaping her as an actress.

"My comedic timing and improv skills improved a lot, making me better at my craft,” she shared.

However, she also acknowledged the pressure to appear more mature early in her career. Speaking about her album Revival, she reflected:

“I just did things that weren’t really me. There was pressure to seem more adult, and I felt the need to show skin. I really don’t think I was that person.”

And now, in a recent interview, Selena Gomez shared a different side to her fame. She opened up about her evolving career while chatting with Saoirse Ronan for Variety’s Actors on Actors series. She acknowledged the challenges of staying in the music industry, adding that she considers her old enough for the pop star life.

“I might be getting a little too old for the pop star life,” Gomez said.
