Plot of One of Them Days

Dreux and Alyssa, best friends and roommates, get into a lot of financial trouble when Alyssa's boyfriend spends their rent money without thinking about it. At the beginning of the movie, the two people find out that they have until 6 pm to get $1,500 or they will have to vacate their apartment.

As time runs out, Dreux and Alyssa try a bunch of crazy ideas to get the money they need. Some of their plans are to try to sell Alyssa's late grandmother's things, look for unusual ways to make money, and even think about risky business ideas. Even though they are trying hard, things go wrong, like a buyer they can't trust and a funny misunderstanding at a pawnshop.
