Ice Spice was recently spotted at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show On October 15, 2024, in New York. Fans were left shocked seeing her in black hair, as the singer and rapper is often seen sporting a bright, orangey-copper shade of hair.
The pictures then made their way to social media, and many started reacting to them. As Ice Spice debuted a new hair colour, an Instagram page, @theneighborhoodtalk also uploaded the picture, on which a netizen jokingly commented:
“Is this Adam's family themed?”
Others also hilariously commented on the post.
The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show made a comeback after five years. The show featured many models like Gigi Hadid, Alessandra Ambrosio, Adriana Lima, Behati Prinsloo and even Tyra Banks.
What is Ice Spice’s actual hair colour?
As Ice Spice surprised the fans by donning a dark hair colour at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, many even started questioning her actual hair colour. The singer’s hair colour has been a topic of discussion for a while now. In February 2023, in a video for MTV, Ice Spice confirmed that her real hair is black, as she showed a picture from her Junior High year.
In the video, she held a picture of her and showed her shoulder-length hair. She stated:
"A lot of people think that my hair is naturally straight and that I wear like a curly wig or something, but my hair was straightened this day. My hair's always been curly since I was born, but, yeah, that's me."
Ice Spice is well known for experimenting with her hair, and she confessed to British Vogue in April 2023 that she wanted to try “every hairstyle in the book.” She said:
"Every time I change my hair, I look like a different person. I've done curly wigs, straight wigs, short wigs, long wigs; I've done braids, swoops — basically everything. I tried everything and just got back to square one."
While the singer’s new hair pictures have gone viral on social media, it is worth noting that she is currently on her Y2K! World Tour, which started in July, this year, and will conclude in January 2025, with the singer scheduled to host 43 shows.
Having started with Denmark, the singer also performed in various other countries like Austria, England, Switzerland, Belgium and parts of the USA. During October to December, Ice Spice will travel to other parts of the world, like Ireland, England, Netherlands, France, and even Scotland.
