In yet another lawsuit filed by alleged Sean “Diddy” Combs victim named Ashley Parham, the mogul is accused of kidnapping, false imprisonment, battery, s*xual assault, and abuse. According to the court documents, Parham claimed Combs intended to make a cut on her face with a knife, that would look like a Glasgow smile.

The Glasgow smile originated in 20th-century Scotland amid rival gangs. Gangsters used sharp objects like knives, razors, or glass shards to carve a line from both corners of one’s lips to their ears.

The gash would further stretch due to the victims’ screams. Once healed, the scars would look like permanent smiles.

Ashley Parham filed the lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on Tuesday.

As per her claims, the alleged assault occurred in 2018, after Ashley hinted Diddy had something to do with Tupac Shakur’s tragic death by shooting in 1996.

Ashley Parham brings accusations of violent assault against Diddy

Ashley claimed her first encounter with Combs was virtual as a man she had met at a bar in February 2018 had FaceTimed the rapper. She reportedly told the Bad Boy Records founder about her belief that he was involved in 2Pac’s death.

In response, Ashley claimed Combs threatened her with revenge over her comment.

A month later, on March 23, the man from the bar invited her to his house in Orinda, California as a setup for Diddy and a few other accomplices to carry out the alleged assault.

Ashley detailed that Combs held a knife to her face and told her he would make a Glasgow smile with it for accusing him of Tupac’s murder. However, Kristina Khorram — Combs Enterprises’ former chief of staff, named a co-defendant in the lawsuit, asked the mogul not to proceed with the cut. This was so they could allegedly keep Ashley's appearance intact to traffick her to potential clients.

The court documents state Combs forcibly removed Ashley’s clothes and drenched her in some unknown liquid before attempting to insert an ‘IUD’ into her private part. When it failed, the mogul proceeded with the violent assault with a TV remote instead.

Diddy’s mother Janice Combs was also named in the lawsuit. Ashley claimed Janice dismissed her claims of being r*ped and raised her voice at her not to report the incident.

Ashley claimed to have retaliated and managed to make a mild cut on Combs' abdomen with a knife while attempting to run from the place.

Once outside, Ashley reportedly screamed for help, upon which some neighbors called the cops. The Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene where Ashley told an Officer Combs and his accomplices subjected her to violent r*pe and assault.

Ashley later went to a hospital to get tested and treated where she spoke to the Walnut Creek Police. However, she left out Diddy’s name while giving her statement as she believed nobody would investigate her claim.

Attorneys Shawn Perez and Ariel Mitchell are representing Ashley Parham. Her lawsuit comes just a day after six cases of s*xual assault were filed against Diddy. Texan lawyer Tony Buzbee is representing these clients.
