Star Wars: Skeleton Crew season finale premiered on Disney+ on January 14, 2025. Titled The Real Good Guys, the episode brought a close to the first season of the show. However, with post-credits scenes nowadays being the norm for big projects like these, fans expect the finale to have stingers at the end which will tease a future season or what's to come next.

However, for those wondering whether the Star Wars: Skeleton Crew season finale has a post-credits scene, then just know that it doesn't. The finale doesn't feature an extra scene at the end. Rather, season 1 concludes once the credits start rolling.

The creators of the show are still hoping that they do get a chance to tell another story with these characters down the line.

Creators of Star Wars: Skeleton Crew hope to make another season

The season finale of Star Wars: Skeleton Crew does end the season in a conclusive manner, but it still leaves enough unanswered questions that can certainly be explored in a potential season 2. Sitting down with TechRadar on January 14, 2025, creators Jon Watts and Christopher Ford spoke about how they would return in the future if they are given a chance to make a second season.

"Yeah, we wanted to make sure this season had a satisfying beginning, middle, and end. But, if people want to see more Skeleton Crew, we'd be happy to make more," said Watts.

Christopher Ford added that they certainly had ideas for a second installment of the show that they would like to explore.

"We're dreaming of it [a second season]," continued Ford. "We've come up with different possibilities, so never say never."

As of now, a second season of the Star Wars series hasn't been confirmed by Disney or Lucasfilm. The show receiving a second season depends entirely on its ratings, however, as of now, the chances of the show continuing are looking slim. As per Nielsen's streaming data, Star Wars: Skeleton Crew had the worst ratings for a Star Wars Disney+ series.

However, if a second season for the series is indeed greenlit, then fans can definitely expect to see more about At Attin and why it is kept as a secret from the outer galaxy.
