As stated above, 9-1-1 Lone Star season 5 episode 11 will air on Monday, January 20, 2025, at 8 pm ET. These concluding episodes are expected to resolve ongoing storylines like Judd's battle with alcoholism and Carlos' journey toward healing after his father's murder.
In an interview with ScreenRant on January 17, 2025, co-showrunner Rashad Raisani describes the final episodes as a "love letter" to the fans, with the aim of celebrating the characters' journeys.

9-1-1: Lone Star Season 5 episode 11 is expected to tie the storylines together before the end of the show. In the background of an asteroid threat, the last episodes will explore Carlos and TK's adoption arc, Judd's recovery from alcoholism, and Tommy's fight with cancer.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly on January 21, Jim Parrack talked about what fans can expect from the last two episodes. He said:
"The main thing they can expect and deserve to see is how much the 126 mean to each other. And of course, underneath all that is what we meant to each other as a cast and as a team [in real life]. There was this real merging of how we all felt about it being the end and with the 126 facing what seems like could really be the end."
Raisani also spoke with ScreenRant on January 18 about Tommy's character arc in the final episodes, saying:
"And what we'll see from Gina Torres in these back few episodes is, again, one of the great performances of any show I've ever worked on. She also has a tough road in front of her, which we'll go to the end. We will see some family members from her past that she'll have some beautiful scenes with that maybe people will be surprised by."
