"When a pregnant woman is found brutally beaten in her apartment, the race is on to find out whether she’s a serial killer’s latest target – or if her attacker is hiding in plain sight."

Why was Kevin Green arrested?

Dianna D’Aiello started seeing Kevin Lee Green at the age of 18 or 19 and at a time when Kevin was married to his first wife. As Dianna turned 21, Kevin divorced his pregnant wife and married her. In March 1979, Dianna was 3 months pregnant with her child with Kevin.

On the fateful night of September 30, Kevin and Dianna had a few friends over. the neighbors testified to overhearing lovely conversations. Kevin had stepped out once to bring home cannabis and alcohol for the guests. However, as the guests dispersed, Kevin stepped out a second time to bring home food for the two of them.

On his way out, he had left the kitchen door open so that he could come back inside the house undisturbed. He mentioned in his statement that he had seen a man outside their home when he was leaving.

Kevin allegedly returned home to find Dianna on the floor with a wound that resembled a gunshot to her head. He dialed emergency services and took her to a hospital where she was diagnosed with aphasia and amnesia.

Dianna regained her memory six months later and accused Kevin of the assault. She allegedly claimed that Kevin was addicted to substance abuse. She shared that he had returned home on the night of September 30 and tried to initiate s*x with her.

Upon refusal, Kevin allegedly hit Dianna with a metal key that left a horrific injury on her head.
