Jade Cargill was supposed to compete in the Women's WarGames Match at this year's Survivor Series. However, just a week before the monumental contest, she fell prey to a mysterious attack on SmackDown this week. The incident occurred backstage in the parking lot on SmackDown last night where Cargill was found lying unconscious on the hood of a car.

The 32-year-old was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital in an ambulance. Besides, her status for the Women's WarGames Match at Survivor Series is up in the air, sparking widespread concerns about her well-being. However, Jade Cargill is not injured in real life and her injury is merely a storyline angle on SmackDown.

The Storm was set to be one of the biggest stars in the babyface team to step into the Women's WarGames Match. However, Cargill being taken out mysteriously backstage has added a massive plot twist to it. The reason behind WWE showcasing an injury angle is to unravel a new layer in this ongoing storyline involving Bianca Belair, Bayley, and Naomi.

Meanwhile, Big Jade is seemingly fit and healthy and there are no reports of her suffering any injury after what transpired on SmackDown. There have been numerous occasions when Triple H blurred the lines between reality and fiction to add more depth to the storylines and feuds. Jade Cargill's injury was one of them, given the way it has been executed.

The 32-year-old will likely be back on the blue brand soon. It will be interesting to see what WWE has in store for one-half of the reigning Women's Tag Team Champions.

When will Jade Cargill return to SmackDown?

Jade Cargill is one of the biggest stars in the WWE's women's division. However, the company momentarily took her off television to add a huge twist to the Women's WarGames Match. There have been several questions regarding her return timeline following the tragic incident.

The Storm is expected to return on the first episode of SmackDown after the Survivor Series 2024 Premium Live Event. It is because she is currently one-half of the reigning WWE Women's Tag Team Champion with Bianca Belair. Hence, the company could not afford to keep Cargill off TV for a long time.

Besides, WWE has not emphasized much on the severity of her on-screen injury. The purpose of her injury angle could likely be fulfilled by the end of the Women's WarGames Match. Therefore, Jade Cargill might return to the blue brand after the upcoming PLE, to hunt her mystery attacker.

However, it remains to be seen when Triple H decides to bring Big Jade back. Things will certainly take an interesting turn in the coming weeks.
