Jeff Hardy has been a huge name for wrestling fans in and outside WWE. The legend has spoken about retiring.

The star has faced many struggles in his career and has battled his demons in the past. The 47-year-old has now spoken about how he would like to end his career. The star was in an interview with The Wrestle Spot along with his brother, Matt Hardy.

Jeff Hardy talked about how he was still ashamed of his struggles and how he had faced many failures throughout his career. He said that he was going to believe in himself and stay on the path he was on. He detailed what the perfect ending to his career would look like, saying that he wanted to return to WWE through a Hall of Fame induction and hang up his boots on a high note, instead of something sad.

"I’m so ashamed, and I still feel so much shame and guilt, but I gotta get past that and just believe in myself and continue to stay on the path that I’m on. Anything is possible for Jeff Hardy moving forward. Who knows? Hopefully, the perfect ending to my career would be to end up in the WWE Hall of Fame and go out on a high note instead of a depressing low, and I feel like that’s going to happen." (3:13 - 3:43)

Jeff Hardy spoke about how much his family means to him

Jeff Hardy also spoke about his family and how much they helped him get through his struggles. He spoke about being on the other side of those struggles and being a champion in TNA at 47 years of age.

"To just be on the other side of that, I get goosebumps just even thinking about being 47 years old and a champion in TNA, back in TNA, where I’ve had a lot of amazing moments and memories that I’ve created. It just means everything to me and my family, the support of my family, my wife and my daughters, oh my god. If they would have gave up on me, I would have totally gave up on myself. So they are my world, I owe them everything." (2:33 - 2:56)

For now, the star is a champion, and it may be a long time before he retires.
