The Bloodline seems to be headed in a new direction following the events of WWE RAW. Roman Reigns beat Solo Sikoa in a Tribal Combat Match on the red brand's Netflix premiere. The OTC regained the Ula Fala in the aftermath of a hard-fought victory.
Speaking on a recent edition of Live Q&A on Backstage Pass, WrestleVotes addressed Roman Reigns' potential next move following his big win as well as a backstage update on the future of the new Bloodline.
"Roman's next move appears to be RAW on January 27th from Atlanta. They teased that last night with the WWE2K involvement. And as far as The Bloodline, I'd imagine there's some tension going forward on TV. I don't necessarily expect a break up right away, but Solo took another loss last night, so I'd imagine there's some tension with Jacob Fatu and the rest of the crew." [From 07:41 onwards]
Bill Apter also shared his opinion on the whole Bloodline angle. The veteran journalist said The Rock could play peacemaker between his cousins, noting that fans might get another match between Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa somewhere down the line.
"I think The Rock is going to be involved in a way where he's trying to make peace between the two Bloodlines at this point. I don't think that [he] will succeed, and I don't think that Roman and Solo have seen the last match against each other yet," Apter said. [From 08:12 onwards]
Roman Reigns teased an acknowledgment ceremony during his conversation with Paul Heyman. While WWE hasn't officially confirmed such a segment for the January 27 episode of RAW, fans can expect some sort of angle featuring the OG Bloodline to go down at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta.
It will be interesting to see what the Triple H-led creative team has in store for The Bloodline saga in the coming weeks.
