WWE Superstar Cody Rhodes currently has no allies on SmackDown. Amid this, he will be making a big appearance outside the Stamford-based promotion. Reacting to its announcement, The American Nightmare sent a message.

Cody Rhodes is one of the main guests who will appear on the November 28, 2024, episode of The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. The Undisputed WWE Champion will also be joined by Comedian Jerry Seinfeld and guitarist Billy Strings.

The show’s official X account announced this lineup for the episode, reacting to which Rhodes sent a few emojis. Check it out below:

A preview of the episode showcases that the babyface isn’t very cordial with Jimmy Fallon. Moreover, he was seen smashing the guitar the show’s host was playing.

Cody Rhodes almost had a backstage brawl on SmackDown

Cody Rhodes was also seen in a foul mood last week on SmackDown. Kevin Owens placed the blame for injuring Randy Orton’s neck on him, stating that he did it because the Undisputed Champion helped Roman Reigns at Bad Blood. KO further got on the nerves of The American Nightmare by walking out on him.

Backstage, Carmelo Hayes tried to stir up trouble by provoking Rhodes. He said the Men’s Crown Jewel Champion couldn’t stomach the truth The Prizefighter said about him. He also cracked a joke about The Viper’s injury, which made The American Nightmare shove Melo.

“About time somebody told [Rhodes] about himself… I'm just saying what everybody else is saying. They're saying that he's [Kevin Owens] telling the truth, man. But nobody's telling the truth louder than Randy Orton's neck. That's all I'm going to say,” said Hayes.

Thankfully, SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis intervened to prevent an all-out brawl between the two men. It would be interesting to see what lies ahead for Rhodes.
