Odyssey Jones was making his mark in WWE before he was abruptly removed from the company's roster in September 2024. The 30-year-old star did not comment on it for months, until recently when he addressed the situation.

Last year, Odyssey Jones was seemingly getting a push on Monday Night RAW when Kofi Kingston asked him for help against The Final Testament. The 30-year-old star assisted Kingston and Xavier Woods, and it seemed like he would be involved in the storyline with The New Day.

However, WWE dropped the entire thing, and Jones was removed from the roster in no time after reports of an alleged domestic violence case against Odyssey Jones surfaced.

Today, the star addressed his sudden removal from WWE TV and covered a few topics in a video on X. Jones revealed that false allegations and claims about him have been circulating on the internet, and legal action is underway from the star's side, and this is why he didn't mention any names in the video.

Moreover, the former NXT Superstar thanked WWE for the opportunities that were bestowed on him before his exit from the company. The 30-year-old star ended the video by announcing that he's open to wrestling again and would take bookings for 2025.

Kofi Kingston talks about working with Odyssey Jones on WWE RAW

Last year, The New Day was troubled by The Final Testament, as Karrion Kross gained the upper hand with his mind games. After waiting for a year since being drafted to RAW, Odyssey Jones got his big break on the main roster in August 2024, when he aligned with Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods to take on Kross' faction.

However, it all ended quickly, as Jones was removed from the roster in September, and The New Day entered a different storyline. In an interview with the New York Post, former world champion Kofi Kingston explained how the company had to pivot after Jones "was out of the mix."

"Nothing ever goes as planned. So all that to say, you know, once Odyssey was out of the mix, we just had to figure out a way to pivot and keep the story going and keep on moving forward, because, as they say, the show must go on. And you figure out the best ways to adjust," Kingston said.

It'll be interesting to see what's next for Odyssey Jones in the coming months.
