The life of a WWE Superstar seems to be one of the most grueling in all of sports and entertainment. There seems to be something always going down on the roller-coaster of happenings, such as championship wins and losses, heel turns, and stable reunions. One fan-favorite superstar continues to fuel concerns after a devastating change was forced by officials.
The WWE Universe is still reeling from the end of Chase University. Last week's NXT saw Andre Chase lose a contender's match to Ridge Holland, and per the stipulation, Chase U was forced to disband when Chase failed to earn the next shot at NXT Champion Trick Williams. The 16-year industry veteran formed Chase University in September 2021, seven months after joining World Wrestling Entertainment.
Andre and the previously released Bodhi Hayward were the original Chase University members, followed by Thea Hail, Duke Hudson, Jacy Jayne, Riley Osborne, Jazmyn Nyx, and Ridge Holland. There were just four superstars still with the faction until the end: Chase, Hail, Hudson, and Osborne.
The Spartan Warrior had taken to Instagram shortly after Chase's loss to let fans know she was not OK. The one-time NXT Women's Champion shared her second post-split update today, declaring that she is not doing well at all, and that goes for mentally, physically, and emotionally. Hail included a backstage photo and various hashtags.
"mentally, physically, and emotionally dead * * * #wwe #wwenxt #wwetryout #wweuniverse #prowrestling #womenempowermentchallenge #womenempowerment #raw #smackdown #nxt #model #modeling #spartan #spartantraining #warrior #woman #nxtlvlup #nxtlevelup #chaseu #college #hailyeah," Thea Hail wrote with the photo below.
Hail's last TV match came at The Great American Bash on July 30. She failed to dethrone NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez that night. Hail has not wrestled since one month after The Bash, where she and Riley Osborne defeated Stevie Turner and Robert Stone on August 23 at the live event in Fort Pierce, FL.
