Rhea Ripley continued to troll WWE fans ahead of tonight's edition of SmackDown. This week's episode of the blue brand will air live from the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The Eradicator was taken out by Raquel Rodriguez and Liv Morgan last month in a parking lot attack on NXT. She suffered a fractured orbital bone and missed some time before returning this past Monday night on WWE RAW. The former Women's World Champion was sporting a protective mask to protect her injury and will compete in the Women's WarGames match at WWE Survivor Series next weekend.

Ripley took to her Instagram story today to troll fans by covering up her injury in a new selfie. You can check out Ripley's update on Instagram by clicking here.

Bill Apter reacts to Rhea Ripley's return on WWE RAW

Legendary wrestling journalist Bill Apter recently shared his thoughts on Rhea Ripley's return on RAW.

Rhea Ripley confronted the Women's World Champion on this past Monday's episode of RAW and hit her with a headbutt. Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's UnSKripted show, Apter shared that he enjoyed the segment and was glad to see that the violent side of Ripley's character had returned.

"I loved on Monday Night RAW, when Rhea Ripley came in and Liv Morgan said who's gonna throw the first punch. And Rhea gave that vicious headbutt to Liv Morgan. I popped, I went like, whoa, this is really good. So I think Rhea has, her character, I thought, was getting a little soft when she was with Damian Priest without the Judgment Day there. I thought she was softening a little. She came back with that vengeance on Monday Night RAW that I haven't seen, that surge of viciousness in her in a long time." [From 16:04 onwards]
