The Rock has been absent from WWE television since October. As he has confirmed his return for RAW's debut on Netflix, analyst for the Stamford-based promotion Sam Roberts suggested he could start a feud with a top superstar.
Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa will clash this Monday on the premiere of RAW on Netflix in a Tribal Combat Match for the Ula Fala and Tribal Chief status. On his Notsam Wrestling podcast, Roberts claimed The Rock's return may impact the anticipated clash between his cousins. He pointed out that it would probably mean that the OTC would emerge victorious.
The 41-year-old added that while Reigns would then be able to call himself The Tribal Chief again, the return of The High Chief would change the whole equation:
"Roman Reigns looking at Solo Sikoa and fighting for [The Tribal Chief], well, that's a boss that he's gotta defeat. That's a victory that he has to win. But that's not the final victory. That's not The Final Boss. Because declaring yourself as The Tribal Chief is something that is going to serve you and your tribe well. That's something that's going to make you say, 'Yeah, I'm the one in charge of all of you.' But when The High Chief shows up, well, that's something very very different," he said.
Roberts explained that with The Rock returning and Reigns potentially beating Sikoa, the two could start to feud on the road to WrestleMania 41:
"And so, what we're seeing here is that there is this potential for Roman to almost be done fighting this new Bloodline and on the road to WrestleMania, maybe this become about The High Chief and The Tribal Chief and who is the one to represent this culture in the WWE," he added. [6:28 - 7:30]

On a previous episode of his Notsam Wrestling podcast, Sam Roberts disclosed that he would book The Rock to confront Roman Reigns after the latter defeats Solo Sikoa in Tribal Combat.
However, the RAW Talk host did not rule out the possibility of The Final Boss coming back to WWE and costing the OTC the match itself:
"What if The Rock interferes in that match? What if that's where The Rock comes out on Netflix? We haven't seen The Rock. What if that's where The Rock comes out and we see which Bloodline The Rock is in agreement with, if any by the way, and The Rock costs Roman Reigns that Ula Fala? Or maybe Roman wins the Ula Fala and The Rock and Roman Reigns have a showdown," he said.
It will be interesting to see what The Rock will do upon his WWE comeback on RAW on January 6.
