The premiere episode of RAW on Netflix is just a few hours away, and the excitement is palpable in the WWE Universe. Several major stars are expected to make an appearance, and WWE has just added to the excitement by teasing the return of a legendary 13-time champion.

WWE has shared another promotional video for RAW's Netflix debut, hyping up the event. The reel, which was posted on Instagram, featured a special drone show that lit up the Los Angeles sky with several superstars' logos, one of which belonged to Stone Cold Steve Austin.

A couple of legends like The Rock and John Cena have already been penciled in for an appearance on the show. However, outside of that, there have been rumors about appearances from The Undertaker, Rikishi, and Hulk Hogan.

Now, though, Stone Cold can be added to the list of rumored appearances, especially considering his legendary logo flashed lightning blue during the video. Both his and John Cena's were the only legendary ones on there.

It will be interesting to see if The Texas Rattlesnake actually makes his presence felt tomorrow. Safe to say, fans will be actively listening for the sound of glass shattering at any moment during the show.

Some major upgrades will accompany RAW's move to Netflix

There are huge expectations from Netflix now that WWE is making the shift from broadcast television to full-time streaming. While the company will start with just Monday Night RAW, the rest of WWE's programming is expected to follow shortly. There is one big question though.

Sure, the move to streaming is great, but what else does Netflix have to offer? Well, in a major update provided by Sportskeeda Wrestling's Dr. Chris Featherstone, the streaming platform will offer an on-demand option for shows. Furthermore, fans around the world who may have tuned in late will have the option to fast-forward and rewind during the live show while it is still happening.

As mentioned earlier, the excitement for this show is palpable. WWE promised to revolutionize the game with its move to Netflix, and so far, it seems like they will deliver. With the show drawing closer and closer, fans will be keeping an eye out for any more major updates.
