WWE RAW's debut on Netflix is expected to feature many top superstars, including some surprise returns. ECW legend Francine recently suggested the company might be waiting for the historic show to bring back a multi-time world champion.
Alexa Bliss has been absent from television for nearly two years. The Goddess is currently on maternity leave with no announced date for her return. On her Eyes Up Here podcast, Francine predicted that the multi-time Women's Champion would make her long-awaited comeback in early 2025, claiming she would return as a babyface but will soon turn heel.
Meanwhile, the wrestling veteran suggested the company might be holding off Bliss' return until RAW's premiere on Netflix on January 6. She pointed out that WWE needs some big names for the show, stating that The Goddess is a huge one:
"I know it's been rumored, but it's been rumored for months now and we haven't seen her yet, unless they're waiting for Netflix. Maybe they're waiting for the premiere on Netflix because they need some big names for that, you know. And she's a huge name. And I think people wanna see her back. But in what capacity is she gonna return? I just see her as a heel. But I could be wrong," she said. [8:54 - 9:25]
Over the past few months, many suggested Alexa Bliss could return to join The Wyatt Sicks on Monday Night RAW due to her previous connection to Bray Wyatt. On her Eyes Up Here podcast, Francine predicted the same.
The former WWE star disclosed that she believes the former RAW Women's Champion would work with Uncle Howdy's group in a program, either as an ally or an enemy, upon her comeback:
"I still say that she's gonna do something with them; I have a feeling. Anytime somebody's gone for an extensive amount of time, you're gonna get a babyface reaction. But I don't think they're gonna keep her as a babyface. I think she's gonna come back as a heel. That's the way I wanna see her come back. So, maybe she'll have something to do whether she's a part of their troop or whether she's like a rival to them, I don't know," she explained.
It would be interesting to see if Bliss will finally make her WWE return on RAW's debut on Netflix and whether she will interact with The Wyatt Sicks.
