WWE teased major Survivor Series surprise on SmackDown with Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens, says veteran (Exclusive)

We're just days away from Survivor Series: WarGames and it looks like WWE could add a huge match to the lineup. As noted on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Smack Talk, Dutch Mantell feels Cody Rhodes vs. Kevin Owens could be featured on the card.

While The Bloodline saga continued to be the top story on SmackDown, the company shed light on the issues between Kevin Owens and Cody Rhodes. The Undisputed WWE Champion demanded to speak with KO and they ended up having a pretty heated and personal back-and-forth. Owens blamed Rhodes for their deteriorating relationship and declared that he hated The American Nightmare.

Rhodes responded by claiming Owens hated himself. Cody even warned that he wouldn't stop at anything to teach KO a lesson. Based on what transpired on the blue brand, Dutch Mantell felt that Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens' match could be booked for Survivor Series.

Despite initial fears about Cody potentially missing Survivor Series, Mantell analyzed the developments on SmackDown and couldn't see WWE delaying the match beyond Survivor Series,

Dutch explained:

"That's what it's leading to. I'm ready for it. I enjoyed it. They really talked to each other like they were actual arguments and you can take these two guys, put them on a street corner, and they would say the same thing to each other and I think we are going to see it at Survivor Series."
