A WWE employee recently shared a major tease about RAW's future on Netflix. The red brand made its debut on the streaming platform this past Monday night.
WWE's Director of Character Development, Rob Fee, was interviewed on Netflix's official website about the future of RAW. Fee noted that the first episode of the red brand on the streaming platform contained several big moments and teased that the show would only get more addicting moving forward.
"Over the next several weeks, months, and years, you're going to see stories from the beginning — how they start building, how these relationships play out, how superstars interact, and you’ll get invested in these stories. The nuance is captivating [and] there’s so much attention to detail. If you enjoyed tonight, you're in for a treat, because it's only going to get more addicting from here," Rob Fee said.
The first episode of WWE RAW on Netflix aired live from Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, California. Rhea Ripley defeated Liv Morgan to capture the Women's World Championship, and CM Punk outlasted Seth Rollins in the main event of the show.
Wrestling veteran EC3 commented on the WWE Universe booing Hulk Hogan during his appearance on this past Monday's edition of RAW.
Speaking on Sportskeeda's UnSKripted show, the former champion noted that Hogan made his politics known and should have expected a negative response from some fans. The Hulkster is an avid supporter of Donald Trump and spoke at the Republican National Convention last year.
"I think it's the cavalcade of things all boiling up being over, and one thing you have to recognize, though, if you are gonna dabble in the hellish landscape that is the political arena, you are going to turn yourself into a patsy for the reactions you are going to get depending on who you are around and where you are at. So it's like you enter that arena, you have to expect that's gonna happen," the veteran noted. [From 07:35 onwards]
