WWE's next big premium live event will be taking place in just over a week. Survivor Series WarGames will air on Saturday, November 30, and it will take place at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
So far, just three matches have been confirmed for the show. Damian Priest will challenge Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship. Additionally, two WarGames Matches will be held: one for the men's division and one for the women's division.
The Men's WarGames Match is particularly notable, as it has a lot of combustible elements. One side features Roman Reigns' OG Bloodline, which includes Sami Zayn and The Usos. Meanwhile, the other side is Solo Sikoa's version of the stable and Bronson Reed.
With so many different personalities involved in the match and have otherwise been linked to The Bloodline, some major betrayals could take place next Saturday. This article will take a look at a handful of stunning and heartbreaking turns that could happen at the big show.
Below are five betrayals that could happen during the Men’s WarGames match at WWE Survivor Series 2024.
Paul Heyman shocked WWE fans last Friday despite not even appearing on television. After months away, Roman Reigns tried to reach out to his Wiseman. In a stunning move, Heyman's phone was disconnected and Roman couldn't get a hold of him.
While there are numerous explanations that could make sense of this fiasco, a heartbreaking turn of events could come at Survivor Series WarGames. Paul Heyman could return to TV, but instead of helping Roman and company win, he could betray The OTC and help The New Bloodline.
Whether this is done because he wants to side with Solo or simply out of revenge for Reigns disregarding him isn't clear, but there is a very real chance that Heyman betrays Roman at WWE Survivor Series WarGames.
The Bloodline is split down the middle right now between The O.G. version of the stable and Solo Sikoa's version. Only two former Bloodline members aren't currently accounted for in the current WWE storyline.
Paul Heyman, as noted, has been absent. The other man not involved right now is The Rock. While he did make a brief cameo at the end of WWE Bad Blood where he stared down Cody Rhodes, who was with Roman, nothing else has been said or done.
Come Survivor Series WarGames, The Rock could show up and tease being united with Roman Reigns, just as he was at WrestleMania. He could then attack The O.G. Bloodline and side with Solo Sikoa, potentially revealing himself as the leader of the new version of the group.
Solo Sikoa took over The Bloodline following WWE WrestleMania. Roman Reigns disappeared to take time away from the ring and Solo saw the gap and stepped up. He then later kicked out both Jimmy Uso and Paul Heyman.
In the time since Roman vanished, Solo Sikoa recruited absolute menaces to the WWE stable. Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa have joined the group despite Heyman and others warning Solo that they are not to be trusted and that they are dangerous.
Sikoa could learn this lesson the hard way at Survivor Series WarGames. If Jacob sees Solo failing against The O.G. Bloodline, he could shockingly lay Sikoa out and take over as the new leader. The Samoan Werewolf leading the faction would make them more dangerous and reckless than ever before.
Jey Uso and Roman Reigns have a very complex history in WWE. The two were once united within The Bloodline, but Roman's constant abuse was mentally scarring on Main Event Jey Uso and they later split.
Now that Roman and Jey are working together, Uso made one point very clear. One-half of The Usos has told Roman if he The OTC disrespects him, Jey will walk and leave this reunion high and dry.
Come Survivor Series WarGames, that exact scenario might play out. Roman could do what Reigns typically does and show Jey disrespect. From there, Uso might climb out of the cage and leave The O.G. Bloodline to fend for themselves.
Sami Zayn and Solo Sikoa were bonding early in Solo's time as a member of The Bloodline. Over time, however, as Solo became Roman Reigns' Enforcer, issues arose between the WWE stars. They became worse once Sami left the stable.
Recently, Solo tried to make amends. Sami and Sikoa were shown talking in the parking lot and at one point, Zayn was seemingly set to join The New Bloodline for WWE Survivor Series WarGames. Ultimately, though, Sami chose The O.G. Bloodline instead.
That could be a clever swerve, however. Sami has been called The Master Strategist and it may be on display. In WarGames, Zayn could shock the world and prove he was united with Solo for the past few weeks and simply playing everyone. This would leave Roman and The Usos to fight off six men inside the cage.
