WWE RAW will be making the move from the USA Network to Netflix next week. The premiere of the red brand on the global streaming giant will take place on January 6, 2025. CM Punk and Seth Rollins are scheduled to square off on the debut episode, and Roman Reigns will be facing Solo Sikoa in a Tribal Combat Match as well.
The promotion recently introduced the Transfer Window, allowing stars to switch brands ahead of the WWE Draft 2025. Braun Strowman has already made the jump from RAW to SmackDown and is currently involved in a rivalry with Carmelo Hayes.
Listed below are five current RAW Superstars who need to stay on the red brand:
Bronson Reed agreed to join Solo Sikoa and his Bloodline to compete in the Men's WarGames Match at WWE Survivor Series last month. CM Punk joined Roman Reigns' team in exchange for a favor from Paul Heyman that has not been revealed yet.
Reed went for a Tsunami Splash off the top of the cage during the match and suffered a broken ankle. The company should have the former North American Champion return to RAW once he is healthy and continue his push as a singles star.
Chad Gable used to be the leader of the Alpha Academy but turned his back on the faction earlier this year. The veteran now leads American Made, mentoring the Creed Brothers and Ivy Nile on WWE RAW.
Gable will be squaring off against Otis tonight in a singles match. The former stablemates have not been on the same page since the Master Gable turned heel. The 38-year-old has never won a singles title during his time in the company but came close to capturing the Intercontinental Championship from Gunther last year.
The leader of American Made should remain on RAW for the foreseeable future as the company may consider reigniting his rivalry against The Ring General down the line, who is now the World Heavyweight Champion.
Ilja Dragunov is currently out of action after suffering a major injury earlier this year. The Mad Dragon suffered a torn ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) and will be on the shelf until 2025. World Heavyweight Champion Gunther recently took a shot at the 31-year-old and claimed he was weak following the injury.
Dragunov is a former NXT Champion but has not won a title during his short time on the main roster so far. The 31-year-old has a ton of potential and should return to RAW when he is healthy to go after Gunther again.
Seth Rollins has become a fixture on RAW and should not switch brands during the WWE Draft 2025. The Visionary's "Monday Night Rollins" catchphrase has been a hit with fans, and the veteran also had an impressive reign as World Heavyweight Champion that came to an end at the hands of Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania XL.
Rollins is scheduled to battle CM Punk on RAW's debut on Netflix next month. The former champion should remain on RAW as one of the biggest stars on the show when the red brand moves to the global streaming platform.
The New Day betrayed Big E on the December 2 edition of WWE RAW and refused his offer to become their manager. Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston were not getting along ahead of the injured stars's offer but united over turning their backs on their former stablemate.
Woods and Kingston have been getting the Dominik Mysterio treatment on WWE RAW and are getting loudly jeered by fans whenever they try to speak. The once-popular duo have the chance to become the biggest heels on WWE RAW if they remain on the show moving forward.
