There's a lot of buzz surrounding Survivor Series WarGames, and for good reason. The two WarGames matches aside, the WWE Universe will be treated to a World Heavyweight Championship clash. The best part is, that is all that has been revealed thus far. Triple H and Co. will certainly have more in store come November 30, 2024, and one such match could see an eight-time champion win his first title in 1,017 days.
1,017 days is a long time without a title, and the eight-time champion who has had to wait that long is Shinsuke Nakamura. Fortunately for him though, in this scenario, he might end up a champion once more, at Survivor Series WarGames. How? Well, he will simply defeat The Megastar, LA Knight, and become a three-time United States Champion.
Shinsuke Nakamura made his emphatic return to WWE, and appeared on SmackDown last Friday, attacking LA Knight. It was a moment that surprised everyone, including The Megastar, who was busy celebrating an open-challenge win over Humberto Carillo. Safe to say, the King of Strong Style has the United States Championship firmly in his sights.
Given how Knight's reign is going, and his obvious lack of opponents, dropping the title to Nakamura at Survivor Series WarGames could be perfect. It could lead to a long feud between the two that could ultimately carry over to 2025 and perhaps even WrestleMania 41. But, as things stand, this is nothing more than speculation.
LA Knight could potentially have a problem on his hands at Survivor Series WarGames. But, as mentioned earlier that is mere speculation. On the other hand, one group that definitely has their work cut out for them at the PLE is The OG Bloodline. Despite consisting of Sami Zayn, The Usos, and The Original Tribal Chief himself, Roman Reigns, the group has a huge hole to fill before November 30.
Considering they're scheduled to take part in the Men's WarGames match, the OG Bloodline is outnumbered. As things stand, they have only four members on their team, while their opponents, The New Bloodline have five following their recruitment of Bronson Reed. If the OGs hope to put up a fight at Survivor Series, they will need to ramp up their recruitment activities.
Unfortunately, though, that is easier said than done. They have failed at almost every turn, with superstars like the aforementioned LA Knight, and The Visionary Seth Rollins rejecting them. Hopefully, they'll manage to figure something out in time.
