Brock Lesnar to make WWE return and destroy his former rival on RAW after Survivor Series? Recent hint explored

The name Brock Lesnar immediately ignites excitement in the WWE Universe. The Beast Incarnate has been on hiatus from the Stamford-based promotion for quite some time. The last time fans saw Lesnar on WWE television was at last year’s SummerSlam Premium Live Event, where he suffered a loss to Cody Rhodes.

However, during the latest episode of RAW, WWE apparently planted seeds for Brock Lesnar's return, potentially positioning up a confrontation with Kofi Kingston. These hints were dropped during a backstage segment involving Kingston and Xavier Woods. Following their match, The New Day was visibly frustrated with the outcome, and their disappointment escalated into an argument, with both taking personal shots at each other.

Woods pointed out his significant contributions to KofiMania, which led to Kingston becoming the WWE Champion. However, Xavier accused Kofi of squandering all his sacrifices by losing the title in six seconds to Brock Lesnar after suffering a devastating beatdown. This provoked the former world champion, who issued a strong response.

Kingston then stated that had it been anyone but Woods things would have been different, hinting that he would attack anyone else. Since this segment, speculation about Brock Lesnar’s return has grown. Fans are theorizing that The Beast could reappear soon to once again destroy Kofi Kingston and send a powerful message of his dominance.

If this transpires, it’s doubtful whether Woods would come to Kofi’s aid, given the recent tension between the two. While Lesnar’s name being cited on television doesn’t confirm his return, it has indeed fueled excitement among fans eagerly awaiting his comeback.

It will be intriguing to see how the story between Kofi and Woods unfolds and whether more references to the multi-time world champion will be made as this story moves forward.

This isn't the first time Brock Lesnar references have been dropped on RAW

The mention of Brock Lesnar’s name on RAW has undoubtedly fueled speculation about his return. However, this isn’t the first time The Beast has been referenced on the red brand.

A few weeks ago, Seth Rollins was entangled in a backstage segment with Adam Pearce. During this, The Visionary referred to himself as the Beast Slayer, a title he earned after defeating Lesnar at WrestleMania 35.

Following those references, reports clarified that WWE merely intended to add weight to the ongoing storyline. There has been no sign of Lesnar’s imminent return to WWE other than the references.

Similarly, it’s possible that Lesnar’s name being dropped during the heated argument between Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods was simply a tactic to draw more attention to this storyline. Additionally, it might have no connection with the WWE comeback of The Beast.
