WWE officially replaces Jade Cargill with 35-year-old star at Survivor Series: WarGames 2024
Jade Cargill being viciously attacked on last week's WWE SmackDown raised concerns over her participation at Survivor Series 2024. Now, it has officially been confirmed that Bayley has replaced Cargill for the upcoming premium live event.
Cargill was set to team up with Bianca Belair, Naomi, Rhea Ripley, and Iyo Sky to take on Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez, Nia Jax, Candice LeRae, and Tiffany Stratton in the Women's WarGames match. However, the one-half of WWE Women's Tag Team Champions was found beaten backstage last Friday night by an unknown assailant. The company soon confirmed that Cargill had sustained a few injuries.
On this week's episode of RAW, Bayley and Bianca Belair's backstage interaction seemingly hinted at the former replacing Jade Cargill at Survivor Series 2024. WWE has now officially confirmed that The Role Model is the fifth member of the babyface side at the highly-anticipated event this Saturday night.

Bayley is not a stranger to WarGames as she participated in the gimmick match even at last year's Survivor Series 2023. However, she and her then DAMAGE CTRL stablemates fell short at the event.
Who attacked Jade Cargill on WWE SmackDown?
Cargill being brutally attacked on SmackDown left fans shell-shocked. None had expected her to be taken out just ahead of an important premium live event. However, this angle has wonders for WWE, with fans buzzing about who could be the perpetrator. Big names on SmackDown, like Nia Jax, Tiffany Stratton, Naomi, and even Bayley, have been speculated by many as potential assailants.
The attack not only ruled out Cargill from Survivor Series 2024, but it also led to her being replaced in the ongoing Women's US Title Tournament. She was slated to take on Piper Niven and Michen in a three-way clash at this week's SmackDown. Lash Legend was later confirmed as her replacement.
The mystery angle has also successfully laid the seeds for Jade Cargill's singles run, as she's sure to go after whoever is revealed as the orchestrator of the attack.
