Alexa Bliss hasn't been seen since her loss to Bianca Belair at the 36th annual Royal Rumble on January 28, 2023. To be specific, it has been 712 days as of this writing. A huge new update has revealed details about her return.
On WrestleVotes Radio on Backstage Pass, JoeyVotes and TC noted that the WWE Women's Division is set to get a huge boost, as Alexa Bliss is expected to return sooner rather than later.
They further reported that WWE's creative team has plans in place for The Goddess' return and that a new line of merchandise is expected to be released following her comeback.
There were no specifics given on what the Triple H-led creative team's plans for her could be.
The three-time WWE Women's Champion was surprisingly close to the venue where Monday Night RAW's premiere on Netflix took place earlier this week.
Alexa Bliss' husband Ryan Cabrera's photos posted on his Instagram stories showed a very happy Bliss with her daughter in Disneyland in Anaheim, California. That is an approximately 45-minute drive away from Inglewood, which hosted the season premiere of RAW on Netflix.
It's not known yet whether Little Miss Bliss was backstage this past Monday, but it wouldn't be surprising if that were the case considering how close she supposedly is to her return. As we mentioned, her last appearance was at the 2023 Royal Rumble PLE. Hence, having Alexa as a surprise entrant in this year's multi-woman gimmick match makes a lot of sense.
It will be interesting to see if The Goddess returns to live programming in the coming weeks.
