A multi-billion dollar company has recently invited Chelsea Green's wrath upon itself. The Hot Mess threatened the company in partnership with WWE over an issue in a newly launched advertisement. Moreover, she even asked Nick Aldis to help her take immediate action against Netflix.
Monday Night RAW will be moving onto Netflix starting January 2025 as per a $5 billion deal. The streaming platform recently released a promotional advertisement showcasing that despite being scripted, pro wrestling at WWE has real stunts. The video uploaded on X also has a segment where Chelsea Green is seen falling from a height into some tables.
Responding to the post, The Hot Mess said that Netflix never got her permission to use her clip for the commercial. She also tagged SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis to intervene in the matter and take action.
“I did NOT give you permission to use my death-defying moment as entertainment in your ad! Ridiculous. cc: @RealNickAldis plz deal w this,” she wrote.
WWE recently introduced a new championship belt for the women’s division on SmackDown. Moreover, a tournament for the inaugural Women’s United States Championship has also started. Chelsea Green will also be entering the contest and has been very vocal about winning the title.
Green has already sent messages to both Nick Aldis and WWE’s Chief Content Officer Triple H, asking them to hand the title over to her. Additionally, several people like Cathy Kelley have named The Hot Mess as their favorite for the title.
The Canadian Superstar will face Bianca Belair and Blair Davenport in the first round of the qualifiers in a Triple Threat match. It will be interesting to see if Green can finally win a singles title on the main roster.
