Ethan Page sends a six-word message after attacking major WWE champion on a recent show
Former WWE NXT Champion Ethan Page has experienced a decline in his fortunes since losing his title. However, All Ego sent out a message on social media after he secured a shot at the NXT Championship and attacked reigning champion Trick Williams on this week's Tuesday Night Show.
Page won the NXT Championship at Heatwave PLE, defeating Trick Williams, Shawn Spears, and Je'Von Evans in a Fatal Four-Way Match. However, the 35-year-old lost his title to Williams in a match that featured CM Punk as the Special Guest Referee earlier this month.
All Ego won the number one contender's Triple Threat Match against Wes Lee and Evans on the October 15, 2024, edition of NXT. After spinning a wheel near the ramp, it was confirmed that Ethan Page would face the 30-year-old WWE star at Halloween Havoc in a Devil's Playground Match.
However, All Ego laid out Trick Williams with a prop in his hand, claiming that the NXT Champion would witness the "devil" within him in their upcoming title match. Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Ethan Page sent a six-word message after dominating his rival before the Tuesday Night Show concluded.
"Hell of a show tonight, boys!" he wrote.

Ethan Page seemingly fires a shot at former WWE Champion
After WWE NXT went off the air, All Ego gave a backstage interview in which he seemingly took a jab at CM Punk. It seems that Page hasn't forgotten the GTS he received from The Second City Saint earlier this month.
During the interview, Ethan Page quoted former WWE Champion CM Punk's well-known 'Devil' line from his time in Ring of Honor. The 35-year-old said:
"I plan on bringing all of those back to the repertoire, and it will happen. It’ll happen right after Devil’s Playground at Halloween Havoc. Some jack** once said, ‘The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was making you believe he didn’t exist.’ Tonight, I think I made Trick a believer. I promise you, the devil is real!"
It will be interesting to see if The Voice of the Voiceless makes a return to cost All Ego the NXT Championship match against Trick Williams at Halloween Havoc.
