Nia Jax reveals she is looking forward to injured star's return to WWE

SmackDown star Nia Jax recently shared that she was looking forward to Asuka's return to the company.

The Empress of Tomorrow has been out of action with a knee injury since WWE Backlash, earlier this year. In an interview with Die Woche, Jax disclosed that she could not wait for Asuka to return to the ring. She noted that the Damage CTRL member had been one of her toughest opponents and was hoping to have another match against her in the future.

"One of my toughest opponents has been Asuka… She’s incredibly strong and she’s incredibly explosive. She’s definitely a tough opponent. Love getting in the ring with her, love working with her. I can’t wait till she comes back. I hope we go head-to-head but Asuka’s one of my toughest," Nia Jax said. [H/T POST Wrestling]
