Raquel Rodriguez breaks character to share medical update; reveals new perspective on dealing with condition
WWE Superstar Raquel Rodriguez broke character to share a heartfelt update today on social media. Rodriguez is currently a member of The Judgment Day on RAW.
Raquel Rodriguez went on a lengthy hiatus from WWE earlier this year as she dealt with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. She returned at Bad Blood in October 2024 to interfere in the Women's World Championship match between Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley.
The WWE RAW star broke character today on Instagram to share that she woke up with a rash on her face. However, rather than becoming anxious about it, she was going to enjoy a day in the sunshine.
"Woke up a little red and itchy around my eyes. Not too sure what could have caused it but this time last year I would have been making myself sick stressing over it. Today I just plan to lay in the sun, soak up some rays with my bare feet in the grass. Pay no mind to the rash and be more present in this moment. Grateful for the little things like sunshine, good people and healing food. ☀️," she wrote.
Raquel Rodriguez takes a shot at major WWE star
Raquel Rodriguez recently took a shot at Rhea Ripley and claimed that the former Women's World Champion wasn't there for her as she battled Mast Cell Activation Syndrome.
In an interview with The TakeDown on SI, the 33-year-old stated that she thought Ripley was her friend, but she didn't reach out to her at all. Raquel Rodriguez added that The Eradicator was too busy hanging out with The Judgment Day to contact her.
"Rhea was supposed to be my friend too, but where was she? Where was she when all of this was going down? Where has she been? Even when I got my call up to the main roster in the beginning and she was already there, where was she? If not hanging on the dark side doing all these cool things with her friends making it look really fun and cool," Rodriguez said. [14:54 - 15:13]

Rhea Ripley will be challenging Liv Morgan for the Women's World Championship during WWE RAW's debut episode on Netflix next Monday night. Only time will tell if Raquel Rodriguez will get involved in the title match next week.
