Rey Mysterio's daughter, Aalyah, shares video of CM Punk's message to her; made her cry

Aalyah Mysterio may not be a regular part of WWE, but Rey Mysterio's daughter has made several appearances for the company in the past and has now shared a post that featured CM Punk. The stars were previously involved in an angle.

Ten years ago on SmackDown, Rey Mysterio was out with his family to celebrate a special occasion. The Hall of Famer was out to introduce his family to the WWE Universe, who was singing to Aalyah. It was her birthday and a wholesome occasion as the whole WWE crowd got involved. However, it quickly devolved as CM Punk with his Straight Edge crew, came out, and confronted Rey Mysterio. The two stars were in a rivalry at the time.

Punk challenged him to attack him in front of his family, but Mysterio, who was busy making sure nothing happened to his family, beat a hasty retreat. Punk would not let it go that easily though, mocking Mysterio the whole way down the ramp and even singing Happy Birthday to Aalyah Mysterio, making her cry.

A fan shared the moment where Aalyah burst into tears as she was running to the back with her family, and the young Mysterio has now reshared it on her Instagram story.

The two have since not been involved in any storyline, but should Aalyah Mysterio get involved with WWE again in the future, a story between the two stars would be interesting for fans.

Aalyah Mysterio has since been involved in several stories involving Rey Mysterio and Dominik, but not CM Punk

While she has not worked with CM Punk again, Aalyah has featured in WWE stories in the past, even working with Buddy Murphy in a romantic storyline.

She has also gotten involved when her brother, Dominik, was wrestling Rey Mysterio, as part of the audience, and coming to her mother's defense when he went too far.

It remains to be seen what's next for her.
