Amid the rumors of his potential return on RAW's Netflix debut, The Rock called a WWE Hall of Famer his Uso. The Final Boss has not appeared on television since making an appearance at the end of Bad Blood to seemingly send a message to Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes.
WWE is set to start 2025 with a bang by moving from cable TV to a streaming platform. Monday Night RAW will now exclusively air on Netflix in the United States, and the company has stacked the first show's card with WrestleMania-caliber matches.
One of the rumored names for the big event is The Rock, who has been busy with his movie projects such as Red One, Moana 2, and Moana's live-action film. There have also been reports of him not being available for WrestleMania 41, but nothing has been confirmed yet.
Before RAW's big move, The Final Boss delivered a message to his followers for Christmas. He gave a shoutout to WWE Hall of Famer Snoop Dogg, calling him his Uso, as his and Dr. Dre's hit song Nuthin' but a "G" Thang played in the background.
"Merry Christmas from me and my Uso @snoopdogg! He does the π³ I do the π₯ We listen to the πΆ We talk that π© and we get along juuuust fine π€πΎπ€πΎ π," Rocky wrote.
Snoop Dogg was inducted into the celebrity wing of the WWE Hall of Fame in 2016. The legendary rapper has made a lot of appearances on the company's programming over the years, mainly at WrestleMania, even improvising a segment with The Miz last year.
On a recent episode of Busted Open, Mark Henry discussed the potential return of The Rock. Henry felt that 2025 could see The Final Boss take his place as The Tribal Chief of The Bloodline.
"I really do think that this is the year that The Rock tries to insert himself as not only The Tribal Chief but the High Chief. I think that it would be great that Solo, Roman, all of The Usos, and all of the Fatus, all of the Tongans together would join and do something like a takeover. It would have to be as heels. It would make the rest of the wrestling world babyfaces," Henry said. [H/T: Wrestling Inc.]
Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa are set to face each other for the Ula Fala on RAW's Netflix debut to determine the real Tribal Chief. It will be interesting whether Rocky comes out after the match to confront the winner.
