Tiffany Stratton is set to show up on Friday Night SmackDown as the WWE Women's Champion for the first time after winning the title last week. Heading into the show, The Buff Barbie sent a message to fans via a social media update.

On the January 4 edition of the blue brand's show, the 25-year-old helped Nia Jax defeat Naomi to retain the WWE Women's Championship. However, in a shocking turn of events, Stratton cashed in the Women's Money in the Bank contract to dethrone The Irresistible Force and win her first title on the main roster.

Earlier today, Tiffany Stratton took to her Instagram account to post multiple pictures of herself with the WWE Women's Championship title belt. The SmackDown star noted that she would see her fans later tonight at the blue brand's show at the Media Center in Portland, Oregon.

"See you tonight, Portland 💋," she wrote.

Wrestling veteran reviews Tiffany Stratton cashing in her Money in the Bank contract to win the WWE Women's Championship

Former WWE Head Writer Vince Russo recently shared his thoughts on the Women's Championship match between Nia Jax and Naomi. He also gave his opinion on Tiffany cashing in her Women's Money in the Bank contract to win the title after the contest.

During last week's episode of BroDown on Backstage Pass, Russo claimed to be a fan of the recently crowned champion. The 63-year-old noted he was glad Stratton won the title. He further stated that the MITB cash-in was the highlight of the night for him.

"I'm glad they finally did it. I'm glad they put the belt on her. I am a fan of Tiffany Stratton. I do like her. She's got personality. She's got the IT factor. The way they did this was good. Yeah... we said we like the package with the Motor City Machine Guns. Oh, but this was definitely the highlight of the night for me." [From 34:15 onwards]
