CM Punk made a shocking appearance on WWE SmackDown last week, and The Second City Saint is set to enter WarGames in Canada. Today, unseen footage of The Usos's interaction with Punk was uploaded to the company's Instagram account.
Last month, Jimmy and Jey Uso reunited on Friday Night SmackDown to reform The Usos and eventually bring back The OG Bloodline to combat Solo Sikoa's faction. Moreover, CM Punk stepped up for Paul Heyman and joined the group for WarGames in Canada.
Today, WWE's Instagram account uploaded a video from last week's Friday Night SmackDown where The Usos welcomed CM Punk with open arms, and The Straight Edge Superstar was seen yeeting as he interacted with the real-life Bloodline members heading into WWE Survivor Series: WarGames 2024.
Earlier this month, Seth Rollins was approached by Sami Zayn to join The OG Bloodline for WarGames in Canada. However, The Visionary declined the offer as he had no interest in helping Roman Reigns rebuild the empire that he and Cody Rhodes destroyed at WrestleMania XL.
Instead, CM Punk returned to the Stamford-based company and joined the team as a favor to Paul Heyman. The move has obviously not sat well with the 5-time WWE World Champion, and he might take some action in the coming days when The OG Bloodline enters WarGames.
Speaking on Busted Open, Hall of Famer Mark Henry believes The Visionary will inflict some pain on The Second City Saint for his decision to join forces with The OG Bloodline. Moreover, he stated Rollins' potential attack would cost the team the upcoming match.
"I'm just thinking that Seth Rollins interferes somehow. I just got this guttural feeling that Seth is going to take it upon himself to inflict some pain on [CM] Punk, and he's going to cost them," Henry said. (From 05:40 to 06:05)
It'll be interesting to see if Solo Sikoa's faction can secure a victory against The OG Bloodline with or without Seth Rollins' help.
