"We left those kids" - Kofi Kingston cuts despicable promo; New Day booed out of the building during WWE MSG [VIDEO]

The New Day was booed again during the WWE MSG show. As a result, Kofi Kingston cut a harsh promo.

Ever since The New Day kicked Big E out of the group a couple of weeks ago, they have been subject to some harsh treatment by the fans, who have booed them at every opportunity. Even other WWE stars have shown indifference towards Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods and have even kicked them out of the locker room. This week on RAW, Kofi apologized to his mother for the negative backlash he received from the fans. However, his mother wanted nothing to do with him and walked away.

This hatred continued during WWE's Holiday Tour. The New Day is set to compete at Madison Square Garden as part of a series of house shows during the holidays. While Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods were making their entrance, the crowd booed them continuously. This prompted Kofi to cut a promo stating that they left their families to entertain the fans. He even insulted the city by saying it smelled like piss.

"Don't you know that we left our families to come here to entertain you. See, Woods and I, we got three kids each. We left those kids, we sacrificed our time at home with our families to come here and perform for y'all. We left our families to come here and wrestle in a city that smells like piss."
