WWE seemingly erased a current champion on its official website today. WWE RAW debuted on Netflix last night and the show was a major success.
Jade Cargill has not been seen since she was attacked by a mystery assailant on SmackDown in November 2024. The former AEW star is in a tag team with Bianca Belair, and the duo were the reigning Women's Tag Team Champions at the time of the attack.
Naomi has since replaced Cargill in the tag team with Belair, and they successfully defended the titles against Nia Jax and Candice LeRae last month on SmackDown. As pointed out by WrestleTalk, Naomi and Belair are now officially recognized as the Women's Tag Team Champions on WWE's roster page and Cargill is not featured in the graphic.
Nia Jax successfully defended the WWE Women's Championship against Naomi this past Friday night on SmackDown. However, Tiffany Stratton cashed in her Money in the Bank contract on The Irresistible Force after the match to become the new champion.
Jade Cargill recently vowed to become a legend in the wrestling business and noted that she was happy to be working in the company.
In an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda Wrestling's Bill Apter and Dr. Chris Featherstone, Jade Cargill stated that she was having fun in the company and was enjoying making money. She added that she was going to become a legend and boasted about her looks:
"So, I couldn't care less because my check still clears and I'm having fun doing what I'm doing," Cargill continued. "I'm working with the best right now. Who would say no to the position I'm in right now? No one, no one. And I can't help that God just gave me amazing looks and I'm going out there and killing it. I'm sorry, if that comes off cocky, it is what it is. I'm gonna be a legend. I'm gonna be a legend. And people can hate it, but it's just funny because at the end of the day people are gonna say, 'I seen the vision from the beginning,' so it's inevitable." [5:20 – 5:51]
