WWE RAW General Manager has revealed the mid-card title for the women's division. Pearce, ahead of the Monday Night RAW episode on November 25, said that the women of the red brand were the true workhorses in WWE every week.

He later unveiled the WWE Women's Intercontinental Championship, which would be earned through a tournament starting next week. This article will discuss five female superstars from RAW who could win the inaugural Women's Intercontinental Championship.

#1 Former WWE Women's World Champion Rhea Ripley

The Eradicator could be the first choice for winning the inaugural women's Intercontinental Title on RAW. She might compete for it after Survivor Series: WarGames, as Ripley already has exhausted two of her title shots against Liv Morgan.

Mami would add one more laurel to her list if she wins the IC Title. She marked her return on last week's episode of RAW when she unveiled herself as the fifth member of the Women's WarGames match alongside Naomi, Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill, and IYO SKY.

#2 Raquel Rodriguez

The Judgment Day member might look to win the inaugural Women's Intercontinental Title as it would add more weightage to her position in the faction. The former NXT Women's Champion hasn't won any title since Money in the Bank PLE last year when she regained the Women's Tag Team Championship along with Liv Morgan against Shayna Baszler and Ronda Rousey.

After losing the titles within 16 days, Raquel went on a hiatus from January 2024 due to a real-life medical emergency. She returned a month later, in February, to compete at the Elimination Chamber but went back again. She returned to Bad Blood PLE on October 5, attacking Rhea Ripley to join The Judgment Day. Raquel and Rhea Ripley can advance into the tournament as finalists and finally compete to win the IC Title, as these two look like the strongest women on the roster.

#3 Nikki Cross

The Wyatt Sicks member might also jump into the fray and look to win the WWE Women's IC Title. Nikki Cross is a former RAW Women's Champion and three-time Women's Tag Team Champion.

However, Cross hasn't also competed in a match since August 2024, when she returned as a member of Wyatt Sicks in the character of Sister Abigail. She is locked in a battle with Scarlett, wife of Karrion Kross of The Final Testament.

The last time Cross won a WWE title was the 24/7 Championship, but that title was discarded soon after. So, Nikki Cross can get her hands on a belt by getting into the tournament starting next week on RAW.

#4 Zelina Vega

The LWO member is another big contender for the Women's IC Title. Zelina Vega's popularity has increased since she started to come alongside Rey Mysterio and other LWO members. On last week's episode of RAW, she and Rey defeated Chad Gable and Ivy Nile in a mixed tag team match.

Zelina Vega won her only WWE title along with Carmella when she defeated Rhea Ripley and Nikki A.S.H. to win the Women's Tag Team Championship on RAW. Queen Zelina is a prominent babyface on the RAW women's roster, and thereby, she is a strong contender to win the inaugural IC championship.

#5 Dakota Kai

The Damage CTRL member is another contender for winning the Women's IC Title. Dakota Kai returned on the November 11 edition of RAW after being out for nearly three months due to knee surgery. She defeated the Pure Fusion Collective (PFC) members Zoey Stark, Sonya Deville, and Shayna Baszler.

IYO SKY has already won her No. 1 contenders shot against Liv Morgan's WWE Women's World Championship. So, now Dakota Kai might try to win the Women's Intercontinental Championship to make her stable stronger in the company.
