Triple H to reunite legendary tag team before WWE Crown Jewel 2024? Potential hint explored

Triple H's regime is heading towards WWE Crown Jewel 2024. This year’s Saudi Arabia show will feature the inaugural Crown Jewel Men's and Women's Championship matches. With each passing week, the build for the Riyadh spectacle has been shaping up on both RAW and SmackDown.

Amid this, it seems that The Game might be planning to reunite The Usos before the Crown Jewel Premium Live Event. Jimmy Uso has already tried twice to reunite with Jey Uso. Initially, the idea was rejected by Roman Reigns on SmackDown, and on the recent RAW, Jey also stood against it.

Just a few hours ago, WWE's official X (Twitter) account asked fans to name the greatest tag team in the promotion's history. Later, The Usos' official account reposted it with the simple message, "Stop!"

Given the ongoing tension between Jey and Jimmy Uso, this message heightens the chances of The Usos reuniting, suggesting that Triple H might soon make it happen.

A possible reunion before the Saudi Arabia show seems likely because The YEET Master is set to defend his Intercontinental Championship next week on RAW. Many fans believe that Solo Sikoa and The Bloodline will interfere, causing Jey to lose the title. As a result, Jey could change his mind and decide to reunite with Jimmy Uso and Roman Reigns to take down The Bloodline.

However, the angle is speculative at this point.

Triple H potentially reuniting The Usos could be a bad decision

The reunion of The Usos is something that would undoubtedly be loved by fans, and, from a business perspective, it could be a great move. The reunion would likely cause a significant spike in SmackDown’s viewership and generate impressive numbers on social media.

However, one reason why reuniting the Samoan twins might be a bad decision is that it would bring an end to Jey Uso’s impressive singles run in the company.

Since his debut in WWE, Jey has been paired with his twin brother, wrestling primarily as a tag team competitor. However, during the pandemic, when Jimmy was off television, The YEET Master had the opportunity to shine on his own. Later, the formation of The Bloodline saw The Usos dominate as a tag team once again.

When Jey decided to leave The Bloodline and moved to RAW for a singles run last year, it created a massive buzz among fans. Wherever Jey goes now, the crowd erupts in YEET chants, proving that his singles run has been a resounding success. However, when Triple H does reunite them, it will bring an end to Jey Uso's iconic singles run.

Nevertheless, it will be interesting to see what the Triple H-led creative team has in store in the coming weeks.
