Triple H to take championship off major WWE Superstar for one major reason? Exploring why it’s possible
WWE legend Triple H holds a major position in the Stamford-based promotion, where he has his hand on creative decisions and storylines. Everything that happens on television must first pass The Game’s supervision. As CCO of the company, he holds the authority to take strict actions against rule-breakers. It seems the 55-year-old will be in action and might punish a major champion, as the star has seemingly broken a massive rule.
This would be the newly crowned WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton. Last week on SmackDown, The Buff Barbie successfully cashed in her Money in the Bank briefcase after Nia Jax’s title defense against Naomi. It appears Tiffy and The Irresistible Force are going to kick off their much-awaited feud on the blue brand.
However, ahead of that, Tiffany Stratton posted a backstage picture from RAW's debut on Netflix alongside Nikki Bella, Maryse, Michelle McCool, Natalya, and Nia Jax on her Instagram story. Posting a picture with her rival, whom she betrayed last week and is probably going to build a feud against in the coming weeks is a major breach that could ultimately affect the storyline on television.
As a result, Triple H could punish Tiffy for breaking character in the middle of an ongoing feud. In the most extreme case, The Game could even take the WWE Women’s Championship off her, which has been done in the past with some superstars.
That said, the proposed angle is speculative for now and fans have to stay tuned in for SmackDown to know more.
Triple H might book a massive match for Tiffany Stratton at Royal Rumble 2025
Royal Rumble, the first major premium live event of the year, is just days away now; the Stamford-based promotion has already booked a ladder match for the Undisputed WWE Championship featuring Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens.
Amid this, Triple H could book another massive championship bout for the PLE. Tiffany Stratton had thrown Nia Jax under the bus to capture the WWE Women’s Championship. The Irresistible Force would be enraged at Tiffy’s actions and would go after her in the coming weeks.
On the upcoming edition of SmackDown, Jax could launch an attack on Stratton, marking the beginning of their feud that would ultimately lead them to a championship showdown at the 2025 Royal Rumble.
