Cristiano Ronaldo's Al-Nassr teammate Anderson Talisca's move to Fenerbahce has reportedly hit a stumbling block. As per journalist Ahmed Erkanlar (via NFC1World on X), the deal is yet to be completed due to issues between his agent and the club.

Talisca, 30, has been heavily linked with a move to the Turkish giants in recent weeks. The Brazilian forward has failed to hit top form this season and has been in Ronaldo's shadows since the Portuguese legend joined the Knights of Najd in 2022. In 19 games across competitions this season, Talisca has scored eight times.

Al-Nassr had reportedly sanctioned his exit from the club, and he is expected to join Jose Mourinho's side in the upcoming January transfer window.

However, as per the aforementioned source, contrary to the report, Talisca's transfer to Fenerbache has not been decided due to issues between the player's agent and the club. The Brazilian forward joined Al-Nassr in 2021 from Chinese Super Lig side Guangzhou FC. He has featured in 104 games for the Knights of Najd, scoring 76 times and providing 10 more.

Talisca has previously played in Turkey, spending two at Besiktas season on loan from Benfica. At Al-Nassr, he has shared the pitch 49 times with Cristiano Ronaldo and they have combined for seven goals.

How has Cristiano Ronaldo's Al-Nassr performed this season?

Al-Nassr have enjoyed a fair campaign so far. Cristiano Ronaldo and company began the season slowly and they were forced to sack former manager Luis Castro. They appointed Stefano Pioli as his replacement, and the Italian has done a good job since then.

The Knights of Najd are fourth in the Saudi Pro League with 25 points after 13 games, 11 points behind league leaders Al-Ittihad. They have won seven games, drawn four, and lost twice in the league.

In the AFC Champions League Elite, the Saudi club have sealed qualification to the knockout phase, with two games to spare. However, they have been eliminated from the King's Cup, after losing 0-1 to Al-Taawoun in the Round of 16.

The Saudi Pro League is currently on a break, and Al-Nassr will return to action in 2025 with a home clash against Al-okhdood on Thursday, January 9.
