Bayern Munich attacker Leroy Sane wants to join Barcelona despite interest from Mikel Arteta's Arsenal, as per Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo. Sane joined Bayern Munich from Pep Guardiola's Manchester City in July 2020.
Since then, he has made 194 appearances for the Bavarians, bagging 53 goals and 51 assists across all competitions. However, under Vincent Kompany, the German attacker has fallen in the pecking order and is behind Micheal Olise, Mathys Tel, and Jamal Musiala. He has started only nine games for Bayern Munich this season across all competitions, accumulating a total of 915 minutes.
The German attacker's current contract with the Bundesliga giants will expire at the end of the season and he's unlikely to receive an extension deal from Vincent Kompany. As per the aforementioned report, Sane will be available on a free transfer next summer and La Blaugrana can become his potential destination.
Hansi Flick's Barcelona are looking to offload Ansu Fati and Pablo Torre in the summer transfer window. La Blaugrana have also been linked with Spanish attacker Nico Williams since last summer.
Mikel Arteta's Arsenal are also interested in signing the German attacker as they're keen to sign a consistent performerin the frontline. Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus have scored a combined total of eight goals for the Gunners in the Premier League this season.
Hansi Flick's Barcelona are considering a move for Brazilian full-back Nicolas Bosshardt in 2025, as per Mundo Deportivo. Nicolas Bosshardt plays for Brazilian giants San Paulo and the LaLiga side have reportedly established contacts with the 17-year-old.
The young high-rated prospect has also played for Brazil's under-17 team and his preferred position is left-back. Moreover, in 2024, Nicolas Bosshardt made 39 appearances for the under-17 side of San Paulo, bagging seven goals and seven assists across all competitions.
With his performances, the left-back has garnered the attention of several top European clubs, including Hansi Flick's side.
Flick has been impressed with the performance of Alejandro Balde and he aims to sign a top-notch alternative for the Spaniard next summer. As per the aforementioned report, La Blaugrana might have to pay €60 million to secure the 17-year-old's services.
