"I do believe Puff is responsible allegedly for killing Biggie too"— Choke No Joke claims Diddy will be indicted for the murder of Tupac and more
Videographer, producer, and director Choke No Joke recently claimed that Sean “Diddy” Combs would be indicted for the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur. He made his assertion during a sit-down with HYPE+, which was uploaded by Comedy Hype on YouTube on October 18.
Choke No Joke mentioned that he didn’t believe all the allegations against Diddy were true. However, he felt the Bad Boy Records founder was “definitely guilty” of a few of them, such as reportedly putting out hits on 2Pac and Notorious B.I.G.
“I think we did more of the Tupac but I do believe Puff is responsible allegedly for killing Biggie too,” he alleged.
While Choke No Joke clarified that he was not "defending" Combs, he took credit for previously claiming during a HYPE+ interview that Diddy was allegedly connected to Tupac and Biggie’s killings.
The video of the interview has amassed over a million views in less than two weeks, which, according to the industry insider, is likely because his points probably “made sense” to everyone, including Shakur's family. Notably, they have hired an attorney to investigate the matter.

During his recent chat with HYPE+, Choke No Joke stated that neither the public nor Tupac Shakur’s family have been able to “dispel the theory” that Sean Combs was seemingly involved in Shakur's fatal shooting nearly three decades ago. When asked whether it was “too late” for Diddy to be indicted for the crime, the videographer responded:
“Nuh, it’s coming. Why [do] you think they pushed that uh Tupac trial to March 2025? They getting ready to connect the dots and lay it out and then they going to smack him with the indictment. Watch, what I tell you… Murder for hire.”
Choke No Joke also claimed that Diddy might not face life in federal prison and suggested that the only way out for him would be to “take a deal” and “come out in 20 maybe 30 years and be a grandfather.” He shared that if Diddy tried to gamble and be a “Vegas roller or high roller,” he would be going “all the way.”
Previously, Choke alleged during interviews with HYPE+ on September 7 and 14 that Diddy had put a bounty on Notorious B.I.G. because the latter was allegedly “robbing” him and making deals behind his back. As for 2Pac, No Joke claimed that he was reportedly caught in the crossfire. Moreover, Choke suggested that Combs was allegedly involved in the California Love rapper's killing due to a potential hip-hop rivalry and would be “charged” with the crime.
Earlier this month, Choke appeared on Piers Morgan Uncensored and doubled down on his claims.
“I believe from the evidence that is out there, all the talk on YouTube, the Quad hit, Diddy was there with Jimmy Henchman, Jimmy Henchman had a problem with Tupac. That is why Tupac was shot at Quad Studios,” Choke shared.
He further continued:
“To make a long story short, at the end of it, you have a guy named Gene Deal who worked for Diddy who says he saw a cheque that a guy Eric Von Zipp had. He told him that the cheque was for the murder of Tupac Shakur.”
No Joke further alleged that there were two cheques, one for 2Pac and the other for Biggie.
Tupac’s family hires attorney to investigate Diddy’s alleged involvement in his murder
On September 7, 1996, Tupac Shakur became a victim of a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas. Six days later, he succumbed to his wounds at the age of 25. For years, his murder remained unsolved. However, in September 2023, former gangster Duane “Keefe D” Davis was arrested and charged with a count of first-degree murder with a deadly weapon.
Later, Keefe D alleged that Puff offered him $1 million to kill Tupac, the amount which he never received. On September 16, 2024, Sean Combs was taken into federal custody and indicted by a grand jury on the charges of racketeering conspiracy, s*x trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
In the wake of these developments, Tupac’s family hired high-profile New York attorney Alex Sapiro to investigate Diddy’s alleged involvement in Shakur’s murder. In 2008, when the L.A. Times published a now-retracted article reporting that Combs and his associates were responsible for 2Pac’s murder, the Love Album creator went on record to refute the claims, calling them “beyond ridiculous and completely false.”
Last month, Tupac’s stepbrother, Mopreme Shakur, told Piers Morgan that he believed Combs' statement “wasn’t 100 percent honest,” and the family was eager to find out what was real and what was fake.
