Oschino is the latest addition to the list of people who have added to the allegations against Diddy after the rapper was arrested on September 16, 2024, at a hotel in New York. Oschino appeared in an interview with DJ Vlad for the latter's YouTube channel, VladTV.

In this video interview uploaded on October 17, 2024, he said that he didn't believe Diddy would do something illegal and thought the rapper was too cool for that stuff.

Oschino narrated an incident that took place 20 years ago and what he heard from one of his acquaintances. He shared that Diddy had allegedly asked the guy he knew if he would engage in oral s*x for a million dollars. Oschino continued:

"At the time, I didn't believe him. Because this was a long time ago. We was talking about something else. He said, 'Yo, you know what boss said to me?' But at the time, Diddy was, like, the s**t. So I just was like, 'Man, you can't say that, bro.' I just didn't believe him, you know what I mean?"

Oschino also said that it would've been different if someone who didn't have a million dollars made that offer but since it was Diddy who offered it, Oschino didn't believe the person who told him about the incident. He mentioned that he looked at the Last Night rapper in a "different type of light." He alleged that the artist could get his girl to do whatever he wanted, assuming if he had $900 million.

"But he kind of brought it on himself"—Oschino and DJ Vlad talk about Diddy

Talking about how Diddy's case is all over the news, Oschino told DJ Vlad:

"I mean, that's the number one news on TV. Then he got his kids, I mean, it's sad. But he kind of brought it on himself, because he got a lot of responsibility with that kind of money, you know what I mean?"

Oschino continued:

"Like, it's no way I would be doing something illegal just for s*x that risks me losing my empire like that. I haven't met him, I was around him one time. But I heard stories about him a long time ago."

DJ Vlad mentioned about Diddy's lawyers putting in a third appeal recently. In response, Oschino said that the law states one is "innocent until proven guilty". He added that one couldn't pay $50 million to get out of prison and "everybody had bail" but the court told the rapper they didn't want his money.

In this conversation, Oschino was referring to the Coming Home rapper's lawyers filing a third appeal with rightful bail conditions, citing alleged legal errors in the court judgement and lack of evidence as reasons for the same.

On October 8, 2024, Page Six reported that prosecutors expressed their concerns over the rapper's bail. They suggested that Diddy would obstruct the case by intimidating witnesses if he was given bail and that he would be a "flight risk" as he had access to private jets.

The publication further stated that the rapper was willing to pay up to $50 million as bond by offering his $48 million mansion in Miami and his mother's home as collateral. Additionally, he was also willing to wear a GPS monitor and claimed to sell his private plane, along with limiting his visits to New York and Miami. However, a federal judge ruled that the rapper is set to remain in prison.

After his arrest on September 16, 2024, Diddy was indicted by a grand jury on charges of racketeering, s*x trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. The rapper has pleaded not guilty to all charges and is currently at the Metropolitan Detention Center, in Brooklyn awaiting his trial which is set to begin on May 5, 2025.
