"I don't think she wanted this for him": Choke No Joke explains why Cassie regrets sending Diddy to jail

Musician Choke No Joke appeared in an interview with the Comedy Hype YouTube channel on October 12 to discuss Sean “Diddy” Combs’ criminal charges and arrest. In the discussion, the former opined that the latter’s ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, likely regretted sending the Bad Boy Records mogul to jail. However, it is worth noting that the lawsuit she launched against him was not the sole reason behind his September 16 arrest.

Trigger Warning: The following article discusses s*xual assault. Reader’s discretion is advised.

When Choke No Joke was asked whether he believed that Cassie Ventura was pleased to see Diddy behind bars after facing s*x trafficking, pr*stitution and racketeering conspiracy charges, he opined:

“I don’t think she wanted this from him because she dragging herself down too. Like she might have pushed him in the hole but there’s a motherf**ker with a rope tied to his ankle that’s tied to her wrist. So when he goes down, she’s going down too. She’s getting the same public humiliation.”

There was no evidence of Choke No Joke having a relationship with either Puff Daddy or Cassie Ventura at the time of writing this article.

“She looked like the h*oker with a heart of gold”: Choke No Joke seemingly sympathizes with Cassie's husband, Alex Fine, following explosive Diddy lawsuit

Cassie Ventura married Alex Fine in 2019. The duo confirmed their relationship in December 2018, two months after the former broke up with Diddy. They went on to welcome their daughter Frankie in December 2021 and have since welcomed their second daughter, Sunny, into the world.

As Choke No Joke continued to discuss whether he believed Cassie wanted her account to be made public with Diddy subsequently going to jail, he said:

“She look like the h*oker with the heart of gold.”

Speaking about how Alex Fine likely feels about what he learned from the alleged s*xual assault of his wife, Cassie was a victim too, Choke No Joke said:

“How many of the men do you think she told him, how many of the ‘Freak Offs’ do you think she told him [Alex Fine] about. Alright, you as a man finding out all this stuff now, right?... This s*x worker who alleges that he got herpes from her or from them, right? Allegedly. Her husband, you’re looking at Cassie now like- 'all right, I married you, you pretty but d*mn you were having s*x with all these different s*x workers?'”

It is worth noting that Alex Fine took to Instagram to extend support to his wife after the shocking surveillance footage of Diddy physically assaulting his then-girlfriend, Cassie, in a hotel was released to the public in May. Fine said in the social media post:

“To all the survivors, find the men and women who help and love. To all the survivors, your stories are real, and people believe you. To all the survivors, you’re not alone, and there are men and women who care only for your well being and safety.”

Choke No Joke went on to opine in his interview that several alleged victims who launched lawsuits against Combs, were likely not honest about their experience and that they would “likely get a cheque out of it.”

Cassie and Diddy’s lawsuit ended with a settlement just a day after the former filed the same. The details of the same were not disclosed to the public. Ventura accused him of r*pe, battery, and forced s*x acts with male s*x workers.

Now, Diddy remains behind bars as he awaits his May 5, 2025 trial date.
