Kanye West's ex-assistant Lauren Pisciotta accuses rapper of trying to s*xually assault her a 2nd time after drugging her at Diddy's party
Kanye West's former assistant Lauren Pisciotta has accused the rapper of sexually assaulting her twice in a lawsuit filed on October 11, 2024. The 88-page legal document contains details of several instances of alleged sexual harassment faced by Pisciotta around the time she worked as Kanye West's assistant.
The second alleged sexual harassment took place at the St. Regis Hotel. Lauren Pisciotta was staying in the hotel when Kanye and his team went to San Fransisco while working for West's Donda album in July 2021.
A few days into the trip, Kanye West allegedly banged her door at 6 a.m. On opening, he barged into her room and demanded to use the shower as the one in his room wasn't working. While Kanye West started undressing, Pisciotta settled in another bedroom of the suite.
After a two-minute shower, Pisciotta claimed, West came out of the hotel room with just a towel wrapped around his waist. He quickly lost the towel and pinned her to the bed.
'Ye then stepped onto the bed and stood tall, straddling himself over [Pisciotta's] body and looking down on her,' the lawsuit asserted.
The lawsuit further stated that West allegedly forced his body and genitals onto Pisciotta's face despite incessantly pleading to stop it.
'[Pisciotta] started to move her body to get up, pleading with West to stop. West removed his hand from the wall behind the headboard, forcing [Pisciotta] to stay in place. At first, [West] ignored [Pisciotta's] pleas to stop, [Pisciotta] stated over and over again to West "I don't want to do this, I don't want to do this," claimed the lawsuit.
After a while, the rapper grew tired of Pisciotta's denial and got up. He proceeded to say 'sorry' and left the room after wearing his clothes.
That was just one of a wave of sexual harassment accusations filed by Lauren Pisciotta against Kanye West, ranging from vile texts to groping and other forms of alleged non-consensual behavior.
Kanye West allegedly raped Lauren Pisciotta at a Diddy's party as claimed by her lawsuit
Another serious accusation in the lawsuit states that Kanye West allegedly drugged and raped Lauren Pisciotta at a party hosted by Diddy years before she started working as the rapper's assistant. Diddy was arrested on September 16, 2024, on three charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
According to her lawsuit, Pisciotta first met West in a studio session and a party hosted by Diddy. During the party, West declared that everyone had to take alcohol or else they would be asked to leave. Pisciotta was handed her beverage by Kanye himself.
According to Pisciotta, she started feeling impaired and disoriented after a few sips of the drink.
'She felt less in control of her body and speech and that is where [her] memories of the night escape her,' explained the lawsuit.
The next day, she couldn't remember anything and West refused to discuss the night's events with her.
Years later, Lauren Pisciotta learned, she was allegedly raped by Kanye West after being drugged at the party. Weeks before she was fired, Kanye West confessed that they had 'hooked up' when Kanye's ex-wife commented on him and Pisciotta having an affair while they were still married. However, the lawsuit didn't mention the identity of Kanye's 'ex-wife.'
According to the lawsuit, Pisciotta wanted to send a text to West's 'ex-wife' to clear the confusion. However, West allegedly didn't let her do so because of what happened at Diddy's party.
'[West] then immediately proceeded to reminisce about the time he was referring to... where he "hooked up" with [Pisciotta] after she had been drugged,' revealed that lawsuit.
According to the lawsuit, West told his ex-wife that they had 'hooked up' but didn't mention that it was non-consensual and that Pisciotta was drugged.
Although the identity of West's ex-wife hasn't been revealed, we can safely assume that Kim Kardashian was the one being referred to. Kanye West was married to Kardashian before getting a divorce in 2022. The rapper is currently married to Bianca Censori.
