RAW General Manager Adam Pearce shared an interesting update featuring an injured WWE Superstar ahead of tonight's edition of SmackDown. This week's episode of the blue brand will air live from Salt Lake City, Utah.

AJ Styles has not been in action since the October 4 edition of SmackDown. The Phenomenal One battled Carmelo Hayes last month but suffered an injury and the match was stopped. The veteran reportedly suffered a Lisfranc fracture during the match and has not returned to action since. Pearce took to social media ahead of SmackDown to share an image with Styles from back in the day as a potential tease. Paige, now known as Saraya in AEW, can also be seen in Pearce's post below.

Pearce has been sharing a lot of cryptic updates as of late. The former NWA Champion shared an image of himself and CM Punk earlier today on social media.

Adam Pearce makes major announcement about an upcoming episode of WWE RAW

RAW GM Adam Pearce recently shared that an upcoming episode of WWE RAW would be dedicated to The New Day.

Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods are a popular duo known as The New Day on RAW. Big E is also a part of the faction but has not competed in a match since suffering a broken neck in 2022. He still regularly appears as an analyst for the company on major premium live events and on other special occasions. During a post-show segment earlier this month, Pearce shared that the company would be dedicating an entire edition of WWE RAW to The New Day to celebrate the faction being together for ten years.

"This year, ten years as New Day. It’s time to celebrate, man. You guys are one of the most decorated tag teams in WWE history. Because of that, if it’s cool with guys, I actually wanted to dedicate a special episode of RAW to celebrating you. An entire episode, if it’s cool with you guys," Adam Pearce said. (H/T - Fightful)

Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods have not been getting along as of late. Only time will tell if Adam Pearce's plan to honor The New Day on WWE RAW ultimately leads to the faction breaking up.
